There is a possibility that customers will collect initial information about vendors from the website of Alpha 360 and then contact them direct to book the desired service, preventing Alpha 360 from being able to take a cut. Another current challenge comes from the diversified and traditional mindset of the suppliers. Many of them are still unaware of the online platforms and their service processes. As a result, they are missing out on the opportunity to be present on an online platform and reap the benets, and the same can be said of customers. As they are used to seeking services from their local vendors or oline services through their personal connections, they still sometimes do not trust online services completely. Alpha 360 is constantly working on these issues to overcome them, and their present strategy includes not publishing any suppliers' contact numbers on their platform for the time being. This results in customers communicating with suppliers via Alpha 360 rather than contacting them directly.
