Alright, so what do we need to change to resolve this issue? We need to see where we can improve the training, so that all of the employees feel confident wih customer situations that arise. We need to look at the pricing of the rooms to see if it is reflecting the service they are receiving, because right now the customer's expectations are too high for what you are providing
