Amal and Bimal are going to form a company subject to the following conditions. 1. The Company should be incorporated under the Companies Act No 7 of 2007. ii. The company will engage in the business of selling pharmaceutical products in Sri Lanka. iii . The company must have a share capital and they must be the shareholders of the company. iv. The ownership of the company must be restricted only among the two of them. Am al and Bimal want to safeguard their personal assets in the event of future liquidation of the company. Required; To analyze the different types of companies recognized by Companies Act and advice which type of company is best suited for the above conditions
