o Briefly describe the situation or conditions that your developing plan will address. Then, construct an extensive literature review that you will use to guide your research on the organization and your plan for implementation of the changes. (Do not go into detail on the changes you might implement. The point here is to focus on the literature that you will use to analyze the organization.) Include research that uses both classical leadership and behavior theories as well as current research on the issues, plans and methods that you identify.
