Aminah, a 17 year old is sitting for a major examination in her country. Her mother

has promised that she will give Aminah an expensive present if she does well in her

exam. Aminah passes with flying colours. Her mother has refused to give the present

to Aminah. Aminah then goes to the mall and buys an expensive fur coat. She

promises to pay for the coat. After a week, the seller was still not paid the amount

due. The seller wants to sue Aminah.
