Among the communication phenomena that academics research, organizational dynamics caught my attention in this week's readings, particularly the way that communication happens in larger groups at work. At work, I've witnessed lapses in the official routes of communication. Important emails and messages have occasionally not reached their intended recipients, which has delayed project deadlines and decreased our productivity. The misdelivery of crucial messages, which results in delays and inefficiencies, is one of our workplace communication problems. This problem's communication phenomenon is a failure in the transmission and receiving of written messages. I'm considering using the Mathematical Model of Communication by Shannon and Weaver to get around this problem. This theory is significant because it clarifies the ways in which communication may malfunction at different stages of the procedure, enabling us to spot and fix issues with message delivery. My goal in researching this workplace communication issue is to identify the breakdowns in the communication process and to find solutions to foresee and regulate these issues in order to ensure smoother information flow
