-Demanding from the Mudharib (capital manager) to guarantee at least half of the invested capital in case of a total loss of the business, arguing that contemporary Muslims deserve strictness as they are not trustworthy as they used to be in the early days of Islam = (Sudd Dharai'). Besides this is what our"people of sound nature"accepted = (Urf), and finally it's a necessary measure for investors' confidence = (Maslaha Mursalah)
