Amos is registered proprietor in fee simple

Forms contract with bob to sell rear lot; terms of contract are:

Amos transfers land to bob for $250'000

Bob is to transfer front lot to amos once council approves the subdivision

Amos remains in possession paying no rent

Bob becomes registered proprietor, but does not transfer front lot to amos

Bob borrows $50'000 from Chong secured by an unregistered mortgage

Chong lodges a caveat against the title to protect the mortgage

Bob sells land to linda through fraud

Bob defaults,

chong wants to sell the land (claim to mortgage)

amos claims to own the front lot

linda does not listen

Legally advise amos and chong of all possible causes of actuion and remedies, if any, under the transfer of land act 1893 (wa)
