Dave: Dave is guilty of burglary because he entered Carol's house with the intent to commit a crime (stealing her money). Burglary is the unlawful entry into a building or other location for the purposes of committing an offence.

Eden: Eden is guilty of extortion because she is threatening to report Dave to the police unless he pays her $1,000. Extortion is obtaining benefit through coercion.

Frank: Frank is guilty of robbery because he threatened Dave with a gun (even if it was just his finger) and stole the bag of money. Robbery is the crime of taking or attempting to take anything of value by force, threat of force, or by putting the victim in fear.

Gina: Gina is guilty of fraud because she lied about the investment opportunity to get money from Dave and then ran away with it. Fraud is intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.
