Amy booked a holiday package to Malibu with ABC Travel Agency. She was told by the travel agent that the price for the holiday package offered was at 50% discount from the normal price.

A week after making the reservation, Amy found out that the price was actually 10% more than the normal price and that the travel agent had lied to her to get her to book the holiday package.

Amy felt cheated and does not want to proceed with the contract. Advise Amy.
