Amy Leah is a Canadian national domiciled in the United States. In 1992, she compiled a coffee table book with pictures of her paintings and poems, which she self-published on her website the same year. The book consists of pictures of 70 poems and 22 original paintings authored by Amy. The pictures for the book were taken by Roy Levy, one of Amy's long-time friends who lives in Indonesia. Roy took the pictures during his last trip to the United States. Roy did not charge Amy for the picture and told her, "these pictures are my gift to you for your next birthday."

The book has been a success and a publisher in India would like to republish some of the pictures with the poems and paintings.

The publisher also owns private TV channels and would like to feature the paintings as the background of two of the reality shows that it produces for the U.K. and Singapore markets.

Advise the publisher about the rights it needs to obtain from Amy and, if applicable, from Roy.
