Amy puts an ad on Gumtree advertising her old textbooks, including the one she used for MLC101. Amy currently studies at Deakin College and does not want to be disturbed during her classes by phone calls. In her ad, she states specifically not to contact her personally or via telephone and that anyone interested should email her. Kiara and Lim see the advertisement and are interested in purchasing Amy's textbooks. Kiara is taking some classes with Amy at Deakin College and decides to chat with her during classes. Amy was completing an online quiz when Kiara disturbed her to chat about the textbooks. Amy angrily refuses to sell the textbooks to Kiara. Kiara is furious and insists that she has already accepted Amy's offer and no way that Amy can refuse to sell her textbooks now. Lim, on the other hand, decides to send an email to Amy. Lim sends an email to Amy, asking, "I will buy the law textbook. Is it the 5th edition?" Lim receives a reply, "Yes, it is the 5th edition, and I have increased the price by $20 since there is a good demand. Let me know if you are interested." Lim emails back saying, "All Good. I'll pick them up on Monday." Is there a binding contract between Amy and Kiara or Amy and Lim?
