Amy went to visit her grandparent in a hospital last Sunday. Coincidently, the hospital was undergoing renovation work in the lobby of the hospital. The area has been closed and several signage labelling "Renovation work in progress. Please be careful" has been placed in the surrounding area of the renovation. However, Amy had ignored the warning and insisted to walk pass the renovation area. As a result, Amy fell down due to the dusty floor and injured her legs terribly.

(a) Discuss whether Amy can sue the hospital for negligence under the law of tort. Support your answer with case laws.
