An alternative approach to modeling business - Role and Request Modelling (R2M) has been presented to you which was developed to model Work Systems in terms of communicating roles. The emphasis is on how to map a business situation into a clear and informative model. The objectives of this assignment are: To practice the process of mapping a business situation into a clear, unambiguous, readable and informative R2M model. Experience the use of modeling rules to guide the mapping process. You are not required to use the exact notation we used in class as long as you assign symbols to Roles and Communications and differentiate external and internal roles.
