 An analysis of your favorite poem, short story, book, or essay from the course - You will not summarize the piece. Instead, you will write about its lasting impact on you and how it affected your thinking about identity or memory. To help in this process, you should reference at least two quotes or scenes from the work that affected you/ your thinking. 

2) So what? - How have you seen any of the concepts from our class in either your every day life or something you have encountered in media? Make a list of 6-8 things - a recent moment in your life, a YouTube video, a song on Spotify, anything - and in a couple sentences describe what your encounter with that piece meant for you. Did you think about it differently than before? Did it teach you anything about memory or identity?

3) Memory - Identify a memory that has had a prolonged impact on your life - it could be in a good way, in a bad way, or just that you often recall it. What role do you think this memory has played in your life? Does it - or your memory overall - affect your identity? Has that been a good thing or a bad thing? Is there anything you would want to change in your thinking or behavior when it comes to how memories influence your day-to-day life?

4) Reflection - We covered over 200 years' worth of critical thoughts on memory and identity. We discussed related ideas. You have done three other projects. what will you take away from this class that you believe was valuable? What skills or abilities did you gain or sharpen? How has your critical thinking or problem-solving evolved? To get an idea of what I am looking for/ expecting, I wrote my own Unit 4 project. Here it is:
