An assistant manager recruits 10 private universities students for a management training programmes. For a period of one month, the individuals are taught through a conventional faceto-face training method (C) at an identified education centre. The following month, however, they had to go through an 'online' approach (O) due to the outbreak of Covid19. At the end of each month, the assistant manager evaluated the graduates' efficiency in terms of time (in minutes) taken in performing tasks.
