An attorney must not bring a frivolous claim or assert a frivolous defense. A claim is frivolous if:

A) There is not a good faith argument to support it.

B) The client's primary purpose in having the position asserted is to harass or maliciously injure someone

C) Both A and B

D) there is no such thing as a frivolous claim
