An ecological study was conducted to compare the rates of growth of vegetation at four swampy undeveloped sites and to determine the cause of any differences that might be observed. Part of the study involved measuring the leaf lengths of a particular plant species on a pre-selected date in May. Six plants were randomly selected at each of the four sites to be used in the comparison. The ANOVA showed at least one location with a significantly different mean leaf length. The following shows the post-hoc test. Tukey's Test (Upper diagonal = p-values; Lower diagonal = Q-statistic) Site 2 3 4 0.2698 0.0137 0.00018 2 2.652 0.4368 0.00017 3 4.822 2.173 0.00017 4 9.125 7.470 6.367 Univariate Statistics Site 2 4 Mean 6.02 5.65 5.35 3.65 SD 0.23 0.39 0.41 0.29 Median 6.05 5.60 5.30 3.65Determine if the following conclusion is True or False: The mean leaf length is significantly highest in Site 1. O True O False Cannot be identified since Tukey test provide comparisons of 2 means at a time. O Cannot be identified without the ANOVA test results
