An emergency plan should be reviewed and updated: 

A. Only if the jurisdiction's most recent disaster response was deemed inadequate by Federal standards. 

B. Once every 10 years or when there is a change of leadership at the highest Federal level.

C. Every 3 months, coinciding with the fiscal quarter system used in the jurisdiction.

D. At least every 1 or 2 years and after key events or changes that impact emergency management.
