There is one other full-time employee, Sarah, rostered to work 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Freddy arrives in the afternoon at 4pm to assist with closing. Freddy has a pool of about six casuals he calls upon from time to time. Jimmy's role includes the preparation of sandwiches, milkshakes, and premade meals, the receipt of orders and the cooking, sale and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages. Jimmy is provided by FFF with a uniform and a pair of steel capped boots. There is no enterprise agreement covering the employees of FFF. Freddy pays employees according to the relevant Award. Jimmy has made a request to change his hours to 8am to 4pm on Mondays (Request to Change Hours). He has requested that change in writing because he wants to attend a lecture at university that commences at 5pm on Mondays.
