An employee wants a day off of work, which he claims is needed because his religion prohibits him from working on Saturdays. His religion does prohibit Saturday work; however, through conversations with other employees, you have learned the employee works a second job on Saturdays. Does this constitute religious practices as the term is understood under Title VII?
