I think being aware of gender differences in communicative processes should be encouraged in the workplace. I can apply this to improve my relationships with my coworkers. Additionally, I could better assess what my coworkers and managers require from me to be a better communicator and employee. A really significant outcome that relates to my workplace problem is to produce conflict resolutions. Through learning about the different ways people communicate, my workplace can embrace all listening habits. I think that learning about diverse communication styles can avoid misinterpretations in the workplace
