An example of an organization where one aspect of the SWOT analysis held more significance the another is Starbuck's. I just did a case study on it and I would have to say that Starbucks would fall more into prioritizing opportunities' over a weakness. The reason I say this is because Starbuck's has lots of competitors such as McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, but still holds strong. Starbucks has a higher price point, and it might take longer to brew their coffee, but they have higher quality coffee, they have lots of diversification, the food is healthy, etc. Starbucks prides itself on making it a great company to be around, they treat their employees as an equal and simply have high confidence. These are all reasons why I think Starbucks prioritizes opportunities over weaknesses
