An HR man would like to assess the impact of a Training Program in improving the productivity level of 46 assessment personnel in Province X. A pretest-posttest design was utilized in the study, At the start of the calendar year, the 46 personnel were pretested in the various facets of assessment. Afterwards, they were asked to go through a comprehensive assessment training program consisting of three modules: strategic planning, property evaluation, and computerized assessment recording. Each personnel was asked to finish one module per week under the supervision of the seasoned Provincial Assessor. After three weeks, the personnel were again tested, and the pretest and posttest scores are summarized below.

Test the hypothesis that no significant difference exists in the pretest and posttest scores of the personnel. Use a 0.05 alpha, the infer on the relative effective of the Assessment Training Program.
