An initiative is being implemented at an elementary school to promote teacher leadership among all faculty members. The goal of the initiative is to assist teachers in building the skills necessary to guide others, work collaboratively, and serve as advocacy leaders. As a beginning activity, teachers should: 

a. analyze the school's state test data to determine collaborative goals. 

b. diagnose everything that is wrong at the school to initiate change. 

c. engage in a process of self-reflection to understand personal actions and motivation. 

d. reach out to community and business stakeholders to involve them in the process.
