Organizational change is a necessary process for any organization to adapt and stay relevant in a constantly evolving business environment. The adoption of corporate sustainability principles necessitates changes in managers' and employees' values and beliefs emphasizing the importance of corporate environmental management initiatives and it also enables change in actual practice toward sustainability throughout the organization (Fietz, & Gnther,2021). Possible barriers that health administrators might face are resistance from staff, financial constraints, and communication or infrastructure challenges. Hospital staff may resist changes in their workplace due to several reasons such as fear of job loss, unfamiliarity with new procedures about the effectiveness of the proposed change plan and solutions. how would you respond
