The span of the beam is 5 m from support to support and 1.75 m extending form right side as overhanging. Design the beam for flexure and shear. Use M20 grade concrete and Fe415 grade steel. Assume cover to main reinforcement is 30 mm. Sketch the reinforcement details neately.
