(b) A resort hotel in Cherating states in its advertisement that it is the ideal resort for relaxation with amenities such as swimming pool, baby wading pools, 3 tennis courts, a gym for 60 people, sauna & spa. Upon check-in, Annie and her family discovered that only the swimming pool and wading pool is ready. The rest were still under construction.
