Options / Alternatives - 28 marks = minimum of 7 FULLY developed/reviewed (2 to 3 pgs.). These must address the key issues of the case in actionable detail. "Do nothing" does not qualify as an option that addresses the key issues. Recommendations - 12 marks - sequential Action Plan/Schedule & Metrics should include minimum 6 options from the alternatives above (1.5 pgs. minimum)
