Description : The purpose of the assignment is designed to familiarize you with current issues in Human Resources Management and to develop your research and analytical skills by applying key HR themes to a movie from the list below. please apply core HR concepts and theories from the course that apply to the movie. For example, you may choose to apply a concept of culture and employee well-being or recruitment and selection or employee relations. The choice of HR concept and movie choice will be left up to you. In your analysis, you should refer to specific topics and issues outlined in class or academic journals and apply them to the movie.
