Analyze and mention the function of each of the branches of power. You must use the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to perform the task. Mention how substantive and procedural due process of law differ. The Constitution indicates that there are differences between people that should not have transcendence before the law. Name at least five of these differences and give an example of a situation in which discrimination is made on the basis of these. You must mention an example for each difference.
