They can participate in the decision-making process and influence the organization's behavior in a way that benefits the project management team. Building good stakeholder relationships increases confidence in the overall project environment, minimizes uncertainty, and speeds problem resolution and decision-making. By understanding the stakeholders such as the target population, community members, researchers can better understand what they really want, when they want it, their level of involvement, and how the plans and actions that should be developed will impact the target population
