1. Question:What strategies or tools do you use to maintain effective communication with your team?

Answer: I use a combination of regular check-ins, team meetings, and digital tools to keep communication flowing. We have scheduled weekly meetings to discuss project updates, goals, and any challenges. Additionally, I make use of collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams for quick, ongoing communication, and project management tools like Asana or Trello to track tasks and deadlines. I also maintain a open-door policy(or virtual equivalent), where team members feel comfortable approaching me with issues or ideas at any time. Transparency and active listening are key elements in my communication strategy.

2. Question: Do you feel your role as a manager has changed since COVID 19 and if so, how?

Answer: Yes, I had to put more of an emphasis on mental health and well-being since I knew that the epidemic was posing both personal and professional difficulties for team members. Being flexible has been a fundamental part of my management style since I've had to strike a balance between preserving output and being aware of the different circumstances that every team member experiences.

3. Question: What drives you to be morally and ethically responsible?

Answer: Moral and ethical responsibility, in my opinion, stems from a dedication to integrity and trust. I think that as a leader, what I do sets the tone for the group as a whole and the company. I try to set an example for others by making decisions that are reasonable and fair in addition to being productive. Respecting moral principles fosters a reliable atmosphere, which is necessary to keep solid bonds with stakeholders, consumers, and staff. Doing what is right is always my guiding philosophy, even if it is more difficult or unpopular.

4. Question:Have these ideas changed over the last few years?

Answer: Actually, these concepts have changed, especially in view of the shifting social landscape and the increased consciousness of corporate social responsibility as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. I now recognise the significance of creating an inclusive workplace and the wider influence that leaders and organizations can have on society. My dedication to establishing a just, open, and equal workplace where each team member feels appreciated has grown. The pandemic and social justice movements, among other difficulties in recent years, have strengthened my conviction that ethical leadership involves proactively encouraging a respectful and positive culture rather than merely adhering to regulations.
