Analyze whether or not this is the most appropriate leadership style based on the leader, the followers, and the situation. Some examples I can provide are that support why I think this was his most commonly used style was in our team meetings that my former manager held, he did most of the talking, and there was little room for discussion or debate. Also when problems arose, the manager would take it upon themselves to solve them, rather than involving us on the team to help in finding a solution.
