The following readings and questions should help you to understand what their decisions say and how they come down. This assignment is worth 75 total points (7.5% of your course grade). Read the recent Supreme Court case, Rutledge v. Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, that is also attached to the assignment details in Canvas. The last slide in the Chapter 1 PowerPoint and in Part Ill of the Chapter 1 audio should help with some of the question terminology. This is a timely case given our recent discussion on the hierarchy of laws in Chapter 1. 1. Who wrote the majority opinion in this case, when was the case decided, and how many justices heard the case? (8 Points) 2. What were three key enforcement mechanisms of Act 900? (8 Points) 3.
