Analyzing a Supreme Court Decision - Spring 2021 It is important that you familiarize yourself with the Supreme Court, as they have the ability to change the Constitution on a daily basis. The following readings and questions should help you to understand what their decisions say and how they come down. This assignment is worth 75 total points (7.5% of your course grade). Read the recent Supreme Court case, Rutledge v. Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, that is also attached to the assignment details in Canvas. The last slide in the Chapter 1 PowerPoint and in Part Ill of the Chapter 1 audio should help with some of the question terminology. This is a timely case given our recent discussion on the hierarchy of laws in Chapter 1. 1.
