AND FOR THE SAID CONSIDERATION, I hereby confirm I have considered whether I may have a claim of harassment, discrimination or reprisal against the Releasee pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act or otherwise, and confirm the consideration I am receiving under the Settlement fully satisfies any such claim, and I seek no further right or remedy in respect of any such claim
