And what of the subjects of these items--the crazy mom "Janel Ambrosia" and the bride? Are they not public figures, limited purpose or otherwise? As for privacy--did mom have a reasonable expectation of privacy when the man started recording with his phone? Did she consent? What about the kids? Now we "know" she's a stripper, eh? Now her life is open for possible invasion of privacy, possible defamation if someone publishes something about her--she called into a radio station to "explain" her "side." Does this further fuel the notion that she's somehow now a public figure?
