Andrew Cheung owns a small grocery store that until this past year he worked by himself. He decided that he needed another person to help him so, six months ago, Cheung hired Kelvin to assist him with stocking shelves and ringing in sales at the cash register. Cheung's customers really like Kelvin and he seems to be a good fit in the store. Last Monday, Cheung left Kelvin alone in the store as he had to go to the dentist. Before he left, Cheung told Kelvin not to sell any of the frozen pies that his supplier had just delivered to the store earlier that day. Shortly after Cheung left, one of his regular customers, Sonia Smith, came into the store and wanted to buy all of the frozen pies that had been delivered that morning. Kelvin was so excited about the prospect of selling all of the pies that he forgot what Cheung had told him and he sold all of the pies to Ms. Smith. Ms. Smith asked Kelvin to keep the pies until she could return the next day to pick them up. Cheung was not happy when he found out that Kelvin had sold the pies
