He refuses to leave the common area and is verbally abusive to both staff members and other residents in the area. When a staff member approaches Andrew, he tries to hit them. To provide you with an opportunity to participate in workplace debriefing to address individual needs. This will be a role-play activity and will need to be observed. As part of a role-play activity, refer back to the table you developed in Activity 1C. Acting as though the plan was unsuccessful, take part in a workplace debriefing with 2-3 of your peers, focusing on how you might address the client's needs in the future.
