The debenture holders have agreed to forego the interest currently payable to them, in exchange for an increase in the interest rate on the debentures to 10%, plus 10,000 fully paid new ordinary shares. The accounts payable creditors have agreed to accept 50,000 fully paid new ordinary shares in partial payment of their claims. The ordinary shareholders have agreed to purchase 50,000 new ordinary shares, while the debenture holders have agreed to purchase 20,000 new ordinary shares.
