Andy owns a sports gymnasium where he frequently holds competitions for various team sports i.e., volleyball, indoor soccer etc. Recently, a few players have ignored the safety rules of the gym and injured themselves. Luckily, all injuries have been minor e.g., bruising. Andy is concerned about the recent injuries and is worried that this could potentially be a major issue if not addressed.
Andy comes to you for advice. Andy would like to know if there is/are anything he could include in the contract or on the gym premises to ensure that he will not be liable for injuries/losses in the event a player fails to follow the gym's safety rules and carelessly injures themselves.
