Anita managed to look for investors and directors for the company which she

wishes to form by the name of Soon Hoo Sdn Bhd. SHe also managed to look for a

suitable property for the company. She signed an agreement on the 21st March,

2014 with Season One Sdn Bhd, the supplier of staff uniforms which states that

payment will be made by the Soon Hoo Sdn Bhd. Soon Hoo Sdn Bhd was

formed on the 20th April, 2014. The company started occupying the property.

However, the company is yet to make any payment to Season One Sdn Bhd. Season One Sdn Bhd is planning to take legal action against Anita and Soon Hoo
