Anne and her children plan on buying a building to move in together. They all happy with that decision. However, after buying the whole building, one of her children was not able to move and the other changes her decision because her spouse not agree. Even though, the owner of the building already gave the current tenant in the building the notice of termination. All tenants are now moving out. After Anne's children change their minds, she has then to rent out the building at a market price that is higher than before. Because of that, the former tenant saw her advertise on the internet and has commenced an application before the Landlord and Tenant Board claiming that the Notice of Termination of Tenancy was given in bad faith. Anne disputes the application and states that her children will be testifying as part of her case.
