She states she dreads everything however is able to report to work regularly. She reports feeling foggy headed and a has a general feeling of being unsafe. Annie reports that she hides in her bath
room and cries until she has to prepare and dress for work (she is no better than he was from his first visit with you). Annie has sought help from psychiatry, and she has seen 3 different prescribers, completing several different trails of anxiety and depression medications with no symptom relief. Annie is 27 years old and continues to live with her parents. Annie reports that due to the recent pandemic that she fears the loss of her parents and has a difficult time leaving them. Annie's parents are both healthy and are at low risk for COVID related complications. Annie's father works outside the home and her mother works from the house as an administrative assist to a local lawyer. During your last session Annie discloses that she was sexually abuse by a neighbor when she was 8 years old and that she has never told anyone about this abuse. Annie reports that it "went on for several months until he was arrested for molesting his own daughter".
