Annie takes her four year old infant, Jojo to a local playground. Annie is preoccupied talking to John,

someone she met at the playground, and fails to notice when Jojo starts to wanders over to the road.

John notices and rushes after Jojo and just in time manages to save Jojo from being run over by Bob,

who is driving a delivery van. While trying to swerve to avoid Jojo, Bob crashes into the playground

pinning down under his van, Mary. Larry who was nearby, thought that Bob's van might hit him and

he started running away screaming. Larry fell down the drain, broke his leg and soon loses his job

and his livelihood.

The accident involving Mary is witnessed by Zola, Mary's grandmother, who is also at the park. Zola

later develops post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) because of this event, combined with the news

of Mary's death. She had not seen the incident involving Mary herself, because she had been busy on

the phone with a friend.
