In fact, \"projects differ in many ways, and one size does not fit all,\" so, to ensure project success, practitioners have to adjust their management (and leadership} styles \"to the environment, the task, and the goal, rather than stick to one set of rules\" [2, p. 10]. \"Fourth, innovation literature has come up with two additional roles: the \"champion\" who oversees and sells the project, and the \"innovator\" who mainly explores new ways of doing things [25][27][28].
