• Budget - Current Annual Budget
• Balance Sheet - Current Balance Sheet
• Emergency Fund
• Life Insurance Plan
• Disability Insurance Plan
• Long Term Care Insurance Plan
• Health Insurance Plan
• Homeowners Insurance Plan
• Automobile Insurance Plan
• Investments - Your risk tolerance and what saving or investment vehicles you will use to achieve your goals
• Retirement - When do you want to be able to retire? What amount of income will you need? How will you achieve this goal?
• Income Tax - Discuss any relevant tax planning strategies for your financial plan.
• Estate - Beneficiaries, Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive, etc.
• Higher Education - When will your child attend college? How will you pay for it?
