Another constant problem I had was to find the motivation to do my readings for my courses and actually keep up with the schedules for my classes. My expectations were that it would be easy for me, but I kept getting distracted by other things including work which lead to me only doing my readings the week after they were due or in between the courses I had. This made me feel somewhat disappointed in myself and upset as well as stressed because I did not want to fall behind and knew that I would need to do a lot of readings to get back on track. Furthermore, I am always commuting to university and a lot of times the traffic is very bad or the streets are very bad due to weather conditions and that made it hard to get home or to uni. It made me worry that I would not get to class on time, that my car would not start, or that I would even end up in an accident. It just gave me another thing that I would constantly think about leading to me not being able to concentrate properly.
