Another possibility is to add portable classrooms to some of the secondary schools to increase their capacity. This would only be undertaken if there were savings in bussing costs as leasing a classroom which takes 20 students will costs 2,500 each year. To analyse this option the council decides that the bussing costs from Area 6 will eventually return to the initial estimate in the table. Please advise the school whether it is worth adding any classrooms and if so where?
