Another source of error may have been because of air resistance. Air resistance is the result of an object plowing through a layer of air and colliding with air molecules. As an object increases in speed, it faces a greater amount of upward force. In this experiment however, air resistance did not play a big role in affecting the results. The effects of air resistance were so minuscule, they were almost negligible. If air resistance did play a major role in skewing the results, our measured valu
